A round of changes is one written list after you see the work. Everything on it is done.
A small change edits something already there: text, prices, hours, a photo, a holiday notice. New pages or features are quoted first.
Care is invoiced month by month and stops whenever you ask. Minutes not used in a month are not carried over. As long as your Care continues without a break, its price never goes up.
When Care ends, the site account is transferred to you within five working days, and your email is exported and forwarded to an inbox you choose. Nothing is held back.
Working days are Monday to Friday, counted from the day your deposit and all your content arrive.

Will the domain and website be mine?+
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and once the final payment is made the code and content are yours. The site runs in its own account, which we manage and transfer to you whenever you ask, with no release fee.
What will I pay each year?+
Hosting is €0: your site runs on Cloudflare’s free plan. The domain is registered in your name; we cover its first year (up to €15; a dearer ending costs only the difference), then we renew it at cost and add it to your invoice. Most endings cost €5–20 a year, a few such as .ie more, and your quote names the exact price. Care is optional: your first month is free, then it is €39, €69 or €119 a month, depending on your plan.
How do I pay?+
In euro, through PayPal: half when you approve your free preview, the other half before the site goes live. Each time we email you a link to our payment page, where you pay with a PayPal account, by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. If you have a discount code, you enter it there before the first payment. If we cannot finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.
Do you give a discount if I recommend you?+
Yes. A business you recommend gets 10% off its first project. Once it has paid in full, you get a month of Care free and a personal code for 10% off one Care invoice, addition or change, valid for 12 months.
Can we talk on the phone?+
Everything happens by email or chat, so every agreement is written down and you never have to book a call.
Can you connect my booking app?+
Yes. Fresha, Phorest, Treatwell, Mindbody, Momence, bsport, ResDiary, OpenTable and most others offer a link or widget that can sit on every page.
Can I change prices, menus or hours myself?+
Yes, with Care. Every Care plan includes a simple editor for your prices, menus and hours, and you can also email us small changes: up to 30, 60 or 120 minutes a month, depending on your plan. Without Care, small changes are €30 each.
What if something breaks after launch?+
For twelve months from launch, anything we built that stops working is fixed free, with or without Care. After that, Care covers fixes; without it, we quote the work first.
How long does it take?+
Arcadia sites go live in 5 working days, Elysium in 7 and Olympus in 15, counted from the day the deposit and your content (text, photographs, prices) arrive.
What do I need to send you?+
Your logo if you have one, photographs, your prices or menu, opening hours, your booking link and the text for each page. If you would rather not write the text, we can write it for you as an addition.
What if I don’t like the preview?+
Then you pay nothing. The preview is free, once per business, and stays with us unless a deposit is paid.
Can you guarantee a top spot on Google?+
No one can. The site is built so search engines read it properly and it matches your Business Profile; rankings also depend on your reviews, your competitors and how near the searcher is.
What kinds of business do you work with?+
Any small business. The demos show the trades we know best, but we also build for shops, workshops, tutors, guesthouses and more. Tell us what your customers need to do, and the site is built around that.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?+
Yes. The new site goes live on the domain you already have, so your address stays the same, and the old pages are redirected to the new ones so links and search results keep working.
Where do you take on projects?+
Anywhere in the world. We work remotely and in writing, so it makes no difference where you are. Sites can be in more than one language, and quotes are in euro.
