IndustriesHair salons & barbers

Websites for hair salons & barbers.

Your prices, your team and a Book button that opens the booking app you already use, so new clients book at night instead of calling while you cut. One fixed price, quoted in writing.

What people come for

What new clients come to do

  1. 01

    See what it costs

Cuts, colour and treatments with a price or a “from” price, so nobody has to ask in a direct message.

  2. 02

    Choose a stylist

Who does what: colour, curly hair, fades, beards or bridal, with a face and a few words for each.

  3. 03

    Book at any hour

People often look for a slot when you are closed. A Book button on every page opens your app straight away.

  4. 04

    See your work

Recent cuts and colours, without scrolling back through months of an Instagram feed.

What your site includes

  • A price list that reads on a phone

Cuts, colour and treatments by category, with “from” prices explained and how long each takes, as text Google can read, not a photo of the board.

  • Your booking app, one tap away

Fresha, Treatwell, Phorest, Booksy or Timely opens from every page, with each service linked where your app allows it.

  • The team

Each stylist or barber with a photo, what they specialise in and a link to book them directly.

  • A gallery of your work

A short, fast gallery of recent work, and a link to your Instagram for the rest.

  • Hours, parking and the way in

Opening hours, late nights, how to find you and where to park: the questions you answer on the phone every day.

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: hours, services, photos and the booking link (included from Elysium).

How it works

  1. 01

    Write

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

The plan that usually fits

Elysium Up to 5 pages

€660

Most salons need a few pages, the booking app built in and one built-in part: the price list. Live 7 working days after your deposit and content arrive, with two rounds of changes.

  • Up to five pages
  • Your booking app built into the page
  • One built-in part: a timetable, a menu with allergens or a price list
  • Google Business Profile set up to match
  • Two rounds of changes

Arcadia (€330) is enough for a barber who works alone: one page, with the booking link on every screen. Olympus (€990) suits salons with two locations, or a team and clients who speak two languages. Compare all three plans

Worth getting right

  • Colour and patch tests

If you ask for a patch test before colour, say so on the price list and the booking page, so clients book it in time.

  • “From” prices

A “from” price is fine when you say what changes it: length, thickness, time. It keeps the bill in line with the list.

  • Deposits and no-shows

Deposits and no-show fees are charged by your booking app. The site states the same rule, in the same numbers.

  • Photos of clients

Ask before posting a client’s photo, and keep a note that they agreed.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Can clients book a particular stylist?

Yes, where your app gives each stylist or service its own link, as Fresha, Treatwell, Phorest and Booksy do. Each team member then gets a Book button that opens their calendar.

Does the site replace my Fresha or Treatwell page?

No, it works alongside it. Clients who find you through your own site book through your own link, which some apps charge less for than a marketplace booking; check your app’s terms.

Our prices change. Who updates them?

With Care, you change them yourself in the editor, or email us the new prices and we update them within your monthly small changes. Without Care, each update is €30.

Can you link our Instagram?

Yes. The site links to your Instagram and shows a small set of photos you choose, so it stays fast and does not depend on Instagram loading.

We only take walk-ins. Do we need booking?

No. Then the site leads with your hours, how the queue works and your prices, and the main button shows the way in. Arcadia often fits.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
