What people come for

What guests come to do

  1. 01

    Read the menu

What you serve and what it costs, on a phone, without opening a PDF or zooming into a photo of the board.

  2. 02

    Check allergens

Which dishes contain which of the 14 allergens, before they arrive and before they have to ask.

  3. 03

    See if you’re open

Today’s hours, last orders in the kitchen and holiday closures, on the first screen.

  4. 04

    Book or find you

A table booked in a few taps, or directions to the door from wherever they are standing.

What your site includes

  • Hours on the first screen

Today’s opening hours, last orders and holiday closures where people look first, matching your Google listing.

  • A menu with allergens

Your menu as real text, with the 14 allergens marked on each dish and a key. With Care, you change dishes, prices and allergens yourself.

  • Table booking

OpenTable, ResDiary, TheFork or Quandoo opens from every page. Walk-ins only? Then the main button shows the way in.

  • Directions and access

A map link, the nearest parking or stop and step-free access, so guests have the answers before they ask.

  • Groups and events

If you take groups, a short page with the options and an enquiry form that emails you, so requests arrive with dates and numbers.

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: hours, the menu link, photos and booking (included from Elysium).

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

Worth getting right

  • The 14 allergens

The EU and the UK both require allergen information for food you serve; other countries have their own rules. What the site shows should match what staff tell guests at the table.

  • Prices as charged

Show prices as guests pay them, with tax included where your country expects it, and say if a service charge is added, so the bill matches the menu.

  • Menus that change

If the menu changes daily, the site can show the fixed dishes and a short “today” list, instead of a menu that is out of date by lunch.

  • Your own food photos

Photograph your own dishes in daylight. Stock photos are fine for mood, but never present them as your food.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Can we change the menu ourselves?

Yes, with Care: its editor lets you change dishes, prices and allergens whenever you like, and we make other small changes for you within your monthly time.

Which booking systems work?

OpenTable, ResDiary, TheFork, Quandoo and most others offer a booking link or widget for your own site. If you only take bookings by phone, the Book button becomes a call button.

Can people order food online?

Not through the site: online ordering and payments are not part of our plans. We link to the ordering or delivery service you already use.

Do you add the allergens for us?

You give us the allergens for each dish and we lay them out clearly. You stay responsible for them being right, as with your printed menu.

We get a lot of tourists. Can the menu be in two languages?

Yes. Olympus includes two languages; on Elysium another language is €150. Translations are checked by you or a native speaker before they go live.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
