What people come for
What patients come to do
- 01
Find out if you take them
Whether you take new patients and children, which insurance or schemes you accept, and whether you open evenings or Saturdays.
- 02
Understand a treatment
What a crown, a root canal or aligners involve, in plain words, before they sit in the chair.
- 03
See the fees
What a check-up or a filling usually costs, so the bill holds no surprise.
- 04
Get help with pain
What to do in a dental emergency, in and out of hours, without searching for it.
What your site includes
Fees people can understand
A fee guide by treatment, with “from” prices and what changes them, written to match what your practice charges.
Appointment requests or online booking
Online booking from your practice software, such as Dentally or Doctolib, where it offers it. Otherwise a requests inbox saves each request, emails you, and lets reception reply from a private page.
Treatments in plain words
Each treatment in a short section: what it is, how long it takes, how many visits, and what aftercare looks like.
Your team
Each dentist and hygienist with a photo, qualifications, registration where your regulator asks for it, and what they focus on.
Emergencies and out of hours
Your own emergency instructions: what to do now, who to call when you are closed and where to go, one tap from every page.
Nervous patients welcome
A page on how you help anxious patients, with the first visit explained step by step.
A clinic site we designed

How it works
- 01
Write
Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.
- 02
Preview
We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.
- 03
Open
You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.
If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.
The plan that usually fits
Olympus Up to 8 pages
€990
Clinics usually need more pages for treatments, a requests inbox for appointment requests and often two languages. Live 15 working days after your deposit and content arrive, with three rounds of changes.

Worth getting right
Advertising rules
Dental regulators in many countries restrict how practices advertise: no promised results, no misleading comparisons, and limits on testimonials. We write in plain, factual terms, and you check every page against your regulator’s rules before it goes live.
Registration details
Many regulators expect each dentist’s name, qualifications and registration number on the practice website.
Health details stay out of forms
An appointment request asks only for what is needed to book. Medical history belongs in your practice software, not in an email.
Fees that match
A fee guide must match what you charge; “from” prices are fine when you say what changes the cost.
General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.
Questions
Can patients book online?+
If your practice software has online booking, such as Dentally or Doctolib, its link or widget goes on the site. Otherwise the requests inbox lets patients ask for a time and reception confirms it.
What happens to the information patients send?+
Requests are kept in a small database in your site’s own account, emailed to the practice and deleted automatically after a set time. We act as your processor under a data processing agreement.
Can the site explain treatments within advertising rules?+
We describe what a treatment involves and who it may suit, and never promise results. Rules differ by country, so you check every page against your regulator’s guidance before it goes live.
Do we need two languages?+
In bilingual areas, or with many international patients, it helps. Olympus includes two languages, each checked by you or a native speaker.
Tell us about your business.
A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
