What people come for

What new clients come to do

  1. 01

    Check the timetable

Which classes run this week, at what level, and whether there is still a space, usually on a phone and in a spare minute.

  2. 02

    Find the first step

An intro offer or a beginners’ class, what to bring, when to arrive and whether they need any experience.

  3. 03

    Compare the prices

Drop-in, class packs and memberships side by side, with what each includes, instead of a PDF or a screenshot.

  4. 04

    Book without calling

A Book button on every page that opens your booking app, so booking takes a tap instead of a phone call.

What your site includes

  • Prices people can compare

Drop-in, packs, memberships and the intro offer in one clear table, with how long each lasts and what happens when it ends.

  • Your timetable, kept current

The schedule widget from Mindbody, Momence, bsport, Glofox, Eversports or Punchpass, so the site shows what your booking app shows. Or, if you prefer, a simple weekly grid built into the page.

  • A first-visit page

What a class is like, what to wear, mat or reformer, how early to come and your intro offer, answered before anyone has to message you.

  • Classes explained by level

Reformer, mat, prenatal, vinyasa, yin or hot: who each class suits and how demanding it is, so beginners can pick the right one.

  • Your teachers

A photo and a few lines for each teacher, with the training they have completed, so people know who will be in the room.

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: hours, class types, photos and the booking link (included from Elysium).

How it works

  1. 01

    Write

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

Elysium Up to 5 pages

€660

Most studios need a handful of pages, the booking app built in and one built-in part, usually the timetable or the price table. Live 7 working days after your deposit and content arrive, with two rounds of changes.

What goes on it

  1. Home
  2. Classes & timetable
  3. Prices & intro offer

  5. Teachers & contact
  • Up to five pages
  • Your booking app built into the page
  • One built-in part: a timetable, a menu with allergens or a price list
  • Google Business Profile set up to match
  • Two rounds of changes

Arcadia (€330) is enough for a single teacher with a few weekly classes: one page, with your booking link on every screen. Olympus (€990) suits studios that teach in two languages or run two locations. Compare all three plans

Worth getting right

  • Describe classes, don’t promise cures

“Builds strength and mobility” describes a class; promising relief from back pain or other conditions is a health claim, which advertising rules in many countries treat strictly, especially for prenatal and rehab classes.

  • Cancellation rules in plain words

Your booking app charges late-cancel and no-show fees by its own settings. The site states the same policy, in the same numbers, so nobody is surprised by a charge.

  • People in your photos

Clients who appear in class photos should agree to it. Stock photos are fine for mood, but never present them as your studio or your teachers.

  • Qualifications as they are

List each teacher’s training as it appears on their certificate. Titles such as physiotherapist are protected in many countries, so they are only used by people who hold them.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Can the timetable from my booking app go on the site?

Yes, where your app offers a schedule widget or a booking link, as Mindbody, Momence, bsport, Glofox, Eversports and Punchpass do. The schedule goes on your classes page and every page gets a Book button, so the site shows the timetable from your app.

We change the timetable every term. Do we need you for that?

Not if the timetable comes from your booking app: change it there and the site follows. A built-in weekly grid can be changed in the editor that comes with Care, or by us as a small change (€30 without Care).

Do you write the class descriptions?

You send a few lines about each class and teacher, and we shape them into short, clear descriptions that fit the page. If you would rather not write at all, copywriting is €60 a page.

Can the site show our intro offer and memberships?

Yes, in a price table that people can compare at a glance, with the conditions next to each option and a button that opens the matching offer in your booking app, where the app allows a direct link.

We teach in two languages. Can the site too?

Yes. Olympus includes two languages; on Elysium another language is €150. Each translation is checked by you or a native speaker before it goes live.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
