What people come for

What patients come to do

  1. 01

    Check you treat their problem

Back, neck, knees, sports injuries or recovery after surgery: what you see, explained without promises.

  2. 02

    Know what happens first

How long the first visit takes, what to wear, and whether they need a referral.

  3. 03

    See prices and cover

What each appointment costs and whether their health insurance pays towards it.

  4. 04

    Book a time

An appointment booked online, often outside your clinic’s hours.

What your site includes

  • The first visit, step by step

What happens, how long it takes, what to wear and what to bring, so first-time patients know what to expect.

  • Online booking from your clinic software

Cliniko, Jane, WriteUpp, Fresha or Doctolib opens from every page, with each practitioner where your software allows.

  • What you treat

Conditions and injuries grouped simply, each with a short, careful description of how you help.

  • Prices and insurance

Each appointment type with its price and length, and which insurers you are registered with.

  • Your practitioners

Each therapist with a photo, qualifications, registration where it applies, and their special interests.

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: hours, photos, the booking link and accessible-entrance details (included from Elysium).

How it works

  1. 01

    Write

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

Worth getting right

  • Protected titles

Titles such as physiotherapist are protected in many countries; each person is described with the title they are registered for.

  • Careful claims

Say what you treat and how, not that treatment will cure a condition. Your professional body may also restrict testimonials about outcomes.

  • Health details stay in your software

Intake forms belong in your clinic software, which is built for health data, not in emails from the website.

  • Insurance and receipts

If insurers pay towards treatment, say which ones and how patients claim, to save the same question at every visit.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Can patients book with a specific therapist?

Yes, where your software gives each practitioner a booking link; Cliniko, Jane and Fresha do.

Can the site collect intake forms?

We link to the forms in your clinic software rather than collecting health information on the site, so it stays in the system built for it.

We also run Pilates or rehab classes. Can they go on the site?

Yes, as one of the five pages on Elysium, with the class timetable from your booking software.

I’m already listed on a booking marketplace. Do I need a site?

A site of your own gives your Google Business Profile and search results somewhere to link to. It works alongside marketplace listings, and bookings made through your own link are direct.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
