What people come for

What guests come to do

  1. 01

    See the rooms

Each room with real photos, the beds, the size, the view and what is included, before they choose.

  2. 02

    Check dates and prices

Availability and the price for their dates, from your booking engine, on any page.

  3. 03

    Know the practical things

Check-in times, parking, breakfast, pets, children and how to get there.

  4. 04

    Book direct

A booking straight with you, often after finding you first on a booking site.

What your site includes

  • The practical answers

Check-in and check-out, parking, breakfast, pets, accessibility and house rules on one page, so guests arrive knowing.

  • A section for each room type

Photos, beds, size, view and what is included, linked to that room in your booking engine.

  • Direct booking

Little Hotelier, Lodgify, Beds24, Cloudbeds, Smoobu or your own engine opens from every page, with the guest’s dates where it allows.

  • Your area

A short local guide: walks, beaches, places to eat and how to get there without a car, written for the searches visitors make.

  • Enquiries for groups and longer stays

A requests inbox that saves each enquiry with dates and numbers and lets you answer from a private page (included in Olympus).

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: photos, hours and the booking link (included from Elysium).

How it works

  1. 01

    Write

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

Worth getting right

  • Prices including taxes

Show room prices with the taxes that apply, and say clearly if a tourist tax or cleaning fee is added, so the total matches the booking engine.

  • Registration numbers

Some regions require a tourism registration number on accommodation adverts and websites. If yours does, we show it where the rule applies.

  • Photos that match the room

Each room’s photos should show that room, so guests get what they saw.

  • Guest data in your booking engine

Passport and payment details belong in your booking engine, not in website forms or email.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Does the site take bookings itself?

No, your booking engine does, with its own calendar and payments; the site opens it, with the guest’s dates where the engine allows. Availability stays in one place.

Can we stay on Booking.com and Airbnb too?

Yes. The site is for guests who look you up after seeing you there, so they can book direct. Check each platform’s terms on how you may promote direct booking.

Can the site be in two languages?

Yes. Olympus includes two languages; another language is €150, checked by you or a native speaker.

Do you take the photos?

Photography is not included. Good photos matter most for accommodation, so we tell you what to shoot, or use the photos from a photographer you choose.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
