What people come for

What new clients come to do

  1. 01

    Read the treatment menu

What each treatment is, how long it takes and what it costs, grouped so they find nails, brows, lashes or facials quickly.

  2. 02

    Know what to expect

Patch tests, how to prepare, how long results last and when to book the next infill.

  3. 03

    Find a time

A free slot this week, booked from a phone in a minute, without messaging back and forth.

  4. 04

    Trust the salon

Real photos of the room and the work, and who will be doing the treatment.

What your site includes

  • Free times from your booking app

Where Fresha, Treatwell, Phorest or Timely offers a widget or calendar link, free slots come from the app itself, so the site shows the same times.

  • A treatment menu by category

Nails, brows and lashes, facials and body, each with a short description, the duration and the price.

  • Aftercare and preparation

One page clients come back to: how to look after gel or lashes, what to avoid before a facial, when to book again.

  • Your room and your work

A small gallery of the salon and recent work, chosen and cropped to suit the page.

  • Gift vouchers, if you sell them

A clear link to the vouchers in your booking app, which takes the payment.

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: hours, treatments, photos and the booking link (included from Elysium).

How it works

  1. 01

    Write

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

Worth getting right

  • Patch tests

Many salons patch-test before lash and brow tints and some lash adhesives. If you do, say so next to the treatment and on the booking page.

  • Words about results

Describe how a treatment leaves skin looking and feeling; promising to treat a skin condition is a medical claim.

  • Injectables

Products such as Botox are prescription medicines in many countries, and advertising them to the public is restricted. They stay off the menu unless the rules where you work allow it.

  • Cancellations and deposits

Your booking app takes the deposit and charges late cancellations; the site repeats the same rule and the same numbers.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Can clients see free times on the site?

Yes, where your booking app offers a widget or a direct link to its calendar; Fresha, Treatwell, Phorest and Timely do.

Can you add gift vouchers?

We link to the vouchers your booking app sells, so payment and codes stay in the app. The site itself takes no payments.

Our treatments change with the seasons. Who updates them?

With Care, you change prices and treatments yourself in the editor, or send us the new season’s menu and we update it within your monthly small changes. Without Care, each update is €30.

Do you write the treatment descriptions?

Send your current menu and a few notes, and we shape them into short, clear descriptions. Copywriting from scratch is €60 a page.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
