What people come for

What new members come to do

  1. 01

    See what it costs

Monthly, annual, off-peak and student memberships, with the joining fee and what each includes, before they decide to visit.

  2. 02

    Check the hours

Staffed hours, 24-hour access if you have it, and holiday times, without ringing the front desk.

  3. 03

    Look around first

The gym floor, the equipment and the changing rooms in photos, so they know what they are walking into.

  4. 04

    Try a session

A trial pass, an induction or a first class, booked in your gym software from any page.

What your site includes

  • Memberships side by side

Every option in one table: price, what it includes, the joining fee, the notice period and how to freeze or cancel, in the same words as your contract.

  • Classes and trials booked online

The class schedule and trial booking from Glofox, Mindbody, TeamUp or Virtuagym on the page, so availability is the one in your system.

  • A tour in photos

The gym floor, free weights, studio and changing rooms in a gallery that loads fast on a phone.

  • Your coaches

A photo and a few lines for each coach and what they specialise in, for people looking for personal training.

  • Hours that are right

Staffed and access hours, bank holiday times and a note when something changes, kept in one place.

  • A matching Google Business Profile

Set up to match the site: hours, photos, the membership link and trial booking (included from Elysium).

How it works

  1. 01

    Write

Tell us your trade, your town and what customers need to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day.

  2. 02

    Preview

We build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay half and we build the rest, with the rounds of changes your plan includes.

  3. 03

    Open

You pay the other half and the site goes live on your own domain, registered in your name.

If we can’t finish your site for reasons on our side, we refund the deposit in full.

A gym usually needs a handful of pages, its software built in and one built-in part: the membership table or the class timetable. Live 7 working days after your deposit and content arrive, with two rounds of changes.

Worth getting right

  • Prices with their conditions

Show joining fees, minimum terms and notice periods next to the price. A headline price that leaves them out can count as a misleading omission under consumer rules in many countries.

  • Cancelling, said plainly

Say how a member cancels or freezes, in the words of the contract. If people can join online, check whether your country also requires an online way to cancel; some do, Germany among them.

  • Before-and-after photos

Publish transformation photos only with the person’s written consent, and do not present results as typical when they are not.

  • Health and safety notes

A short line on inductions, age limits and when to check with a doctor first helps new members and saves questions at the desk.

General notes, not legal or medical advice. Rules differ by country, so check with your regulator or professional body.

Questions

Can people join online through the site?

Yes, through your gym software. Glofox, Mindbody, TeamUp, Virtuagym and most others have a sign-up or booking link that the Join and Book buttons open. Payments stay in your software; the site takes no payments itself.

Will the timetable stay up to date?

If it comes from your gym software, yes: change a class there and the site shows it. A built-in timetable can be changed in the editor that comes with Care, or by us as a small change (€30 without Care).

Can we show a free trial or a joining offer?

Yes, with its conditions written next to it, and a button that opens the trial booking in your software where it allows a direct link.

We also do personal training. Can it have its own page?

Yes. On Elysium it can be one of the five pages, with each trainer, what they focus on and how to book a first session.

Do you take the photos?

Photography is not included. Good phone photos in daylight work well; we choose and crop them, and tell you which shots to take.

Tell us about your business.

A few lines are enough: your trade, your town and what customers should be able to do on the site. We reply with a written quote within one working day, and your homepage preview is free.
